Uncle Al

ROOTS: Puebla, Mexico

This one’s straight outta Central Mexico—where street carts crank out al pastor and salsa flows like music. We take it up a notch with slow-cooked carnitas, ancho chile sauce, fire-roasted corn poblano salsa, pineapple mango punch, and a fresh pop of queso fresco on a handmade corn tortilla. It’s sweet, smoky, bold… and definitely not your tío’s average taco.

Jimmy Churri

ROOTS: Buenos Aires, Argentina

Born from the bold grills of Argentina, this taco brings fire and flair. Juicy carne asada, punchy chimichurri, and pickled red onions meet a parmesan-crusted tortilla that hits like street food with swagger. It’s Argentina by way of ROCTACO—loud, layered, and unapologetically fresh.

ROOTS: Mumbai, India

This one’s got spice in its soul. Inspired by the bold street food of India, we mash up chicken tikka masala with crispy onions, pickled cukes and carrots, and creamy cilantro sauce. Wrapped in a handmade flour tortilla, it’s chaos and comfort in one unstoppable bite.
